PH235 Terms and Conditions – Rules for All Players

1 Eligibility and Account Registration

To open an account on PH235, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. PH235 does not accept registrations from anyone under 21, and we actively apply age verification checks during the registration process.
• You must be physically located in the Philippines at the time of registration and during gameplay.
• You must not already hold an active PH235 account. Each player is permitted one account only. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information when registering. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and a valid contact number.
• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party.

PH235 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage. This is part of our standard KYC (Know Your Customer) process and is required before certain account actions — including withdrawals — can be processed. Providing false or misleading information is grounds for account suspension.

2 Account Security and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials — username, password, and any OTP or two-factor authentication codes — confidential. PH235 will never ask you for your password through email, SMS, or chat.

All activity that takes place using your account credentials is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you should contact PH235 support immediately and change your password. We recommend using a strong, unique password that you do not use on any other platform.

PH235 uses SSL encryption across the entire platform. Your personal and financial data is transmitted securely and is not shared with third parties except as required by applicable law or as described in our Privacy Policy.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on PH235 are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP). We do not accept foreign currencies, and no currency conversion is applied to player accounts.

8 Limitation of Liability

PH235 provides its platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain a stable, uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be free from downtime, errors, or technical issues.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PH235 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of winnings resulting from a platform outage, disconnection, or technical error beyond our reasonable control.
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from your use of the platform.
• Any loss resulting from your failure to keep your account credentials secure.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded under Philippine law.

9 Amendments, Suspension, and Account Closure

PH235 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through a notice on the platform or via the contact details registered to your account. Your continued use of the platform after such notification constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

We may suspend or close your account without prior notice if we have reason to believe that you have breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory instruction.

You may request closure of your account at any time by contacting PH235 support. Any remaining balance at the time of closure will be returned to you subject to the completion of any applicable verification requirements and the absence of any outstanding bonus wagering obligations.

10 Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the PH235 platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
